Coláiste Íde

Sports facilities

A large well-equipped sports hall was built in 1983,refurbished in 2000, which provides an excellent multi-sport facility for badminton, gymnastics, basketball, tennis, netball, football and volleyball.

IT Facilities

The school is continually investing in IT facilities and computer suite provides the latest software, email for every student and member of staff, and the broadband Internet access. Access to internet is filtered by an educational filtering system.

The Music Centre

The Music Centre provides teaching rooms, several practice rooms and storage for instruments.

The Library

A well-stocked Library houses non-fiction, fiction and reference books, newspapers, journals and audio-visual material, in both the English and the Irish language.

The Study Hall

The Study Hall provides a bright and quiet atmosphere where the girls can study and complete their homework. It is supervised by trained staff and is a wonderful facility for the girls, greatly aiding them to achieve high academic results.

The Dining Hall

The Dining Hall provides a light airy space for pupils to eat lunch and is where all boarders have their meals.
